My next position was the Director of ISP Support and Implementation for the father of E-Commerce, Mercantec. As Director of Sales Support and Implementation, I was responsible for the support and performance of the accounts mentioned above. In addition, I was involved in Pre-Sales support and available to sales staff for pre-sales telephone and on-site presentations. During my tenure, the NTT/Verio account doubled in licensed activation’s of our software and doubled matching revenue for the MRR (monthly recurring revenue). My duties included presenting the current Mercantec product line to executive and technical staff of each account and performing sales presentations for future product line. I was also responsible for the delivery and successful installation of the product to each company.
Responsibilities
Currently, I am the Sr Web Deveoper for the Building Trades Assoication. Previously, I managed the E-Commerce presence at PayPal and Internet site for Campbell Cannon. Through the years I have created and managed web sites, programmed the online ordering process, fulfillment and distribution of marketing and merchandise sales. I have previously served as an Executive Account Manager at Floridakeys.com (Cooke Communications, Co) from 2006 -2007 and serviced a variety of local private businesses, non-profit organizations, and large corporations. My accounts included established businesses like Green Parrot, large corporations like the Casa Marina and Marriot, as well as non-profit organizations like the TDC and Project Lighthouse.
